What's Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use conditions. This includes issues such as stitching defects, hardware failures, and material flaws present at the time of purchase.
Warranty Period
Our products are warranted against defects for 30 days from the date of purchase.
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days. If a claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution depending on the issue and product availability.
